AED:  A system has Adequate Exposure Diversity if the peak hour glass load for the entire conditioned space does not exceed the average glass load for the entire conditioned space by more than 30 percent.

AED Excursion:  The amount by which the peak hour glass load for the system exceeds 30 percent above the average glass load.  The AED Excursion is added to the system cooling load.

 AED_Excursion = Peak_Glass_Load - Average_Glass_Load x 1.3

 If AED_Excursion < 0 Then AED_Excursion = 0
