 Qhv        = Heat loss due to ventilation, Btuh
 1.1        = A constant, Btuh/CFM-F
 CFMi        = Flow of infiltration air, CFM
 CFMv        = Flow of ventilation air, CFM
 ACF        = Altitude correction factor from Table 10B, dimensionless
 WDT        = Winter temperature difference (inside temperature - outside temperature), °F
