You may allow other users of Rhvac Online to import your projects.

Here are the steps to allow another user to import your projects:

1.  After logging in, click the menu "File | My Account".

2.  On the My Account Settings page enter some text in the Project Access Code input.  The code should be something that's easy enough to remember, but not so simple that it would be easy for anyone else to guess.  Anyone who knows your Project Access Code will be able to import your projects that are marked as importable.

3.  Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

4.  Open the project that you want to share with the other user.

5.  Scroll down to the bottom of the General Project Data page ("Loads | General Project Data"), and check the Allow Import from Other User box.

6.  After checking that box, use the menu to navigate to any other page.  Doing so will save your changes.

7.  Repeat steps 4 to 6 for any other projects you want to share.

8.  Tell the other user who will be importing your projects what you entered for your Project Access Code.

Here are the steps to import another user's projects:

1.  After logging in, click "File | New Project".

2.  On the New Project page, select the option "Copy entire project".

3.  Change the "Import from" combobox to the selection, "Other User's Projects".

4.  Enter the other user's email address in the "Other User Name" input.

5.  Enter the other user's Project Access Code in the "Other User Project Access Code" input.

6.  Click the "Refresh Project List" button.

7.  In the Project to Copy list, select the other user's project to import.

8.  Click the "Create New Project" button.
