Qs = (Qss + Qsdu + Qsi + Qsv + Qsp + Qse + QsL) x TSM

Where:

 Qs        = Total Sensible heat gain on building, Btuh
 Qss        = Total sensible heat gain for building due to the structure, Btuh
 Qsdu        = Total sensible heat gain due to ductwork, Btuh
 Qsi        = Total sensible heat gain due to infiltration, Btuh
 Qsv        = Total sensible heat gain due to ventilation, Btuh
 Qsp        = Total sensible heat gain due to people, Btuh
 Qse        = Total sensible heat gain due to equipment and appliances, Btuh
 QsL        = Heat gain due to lights, Btuh
 TSM        = Rating and temperature swing multiplier, dimensionless
